Advanced Invoicing & Flexible Bill-To
Invoice the actual paying customer — guest, customer or agent — with improved service details, tax information and currency-based bank accounts. We are testing a major upgrade to Fenuva invoicing. Previously, invoices were primarily issued to the staying guest. With this update, properties can invoice the actual paying party, including another customer or the booking agent for agent reservations. Folio charges also include service dates and clearer service descriptions, while invoices can display the property's Tax ID, full address and the appropriate USD or MVR bank account.

Business problem
The staying guest is not always the person, company or agent responsible for payment. Guest-only invoicing can make billing difficult when another party needs to receive and settle the invoice.
Proposed outcome
Flexible invoice recipient selection, dated folio services, custom service descriptions, complete property tax details and automatic currency-based bank account information. More accurate billing, clearer invoices and easier payment handling for direct bookings, companies, customers and travel agents.
