Fenuva PMS Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: June 2026Fenuva PMS is a software product developed, owned, operated, and maintained by Mygraphics Online ("Mygraphics Online", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Fenuva PMS web application, mobile application, APIs, websites, and related cloud services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Fenuva PMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the application.2. Service Description
Fenuva PMS is a cloud-based Property Management System designed for hotels, guesthouses, resorts, serviced apartments, and hospitality businesses.The mobile application connects to a property-specific Fenuva PMS environment through QR code scanning or manual server connection.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.You agree to:
Provide accurate account information. Protect your username and password. Notify your property administrator of unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:Attempt unauthorized access to any system. Interfere with service operations. Upload malicious software or harmful content. Use the service for unlawful activities.
5. Property Data
All reservation, guest, invoice, housekeeping, and operational data belong to the respective property using the service.Fenuva acts solely as a technology service provider.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, logos, trademarks, and content associated with Fenuva PMS remain the property of Fenuva.No license or ownership rights are transferred through use of the application.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.Maintenance, updates, and technical issues may occasionally affect availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fenuva shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.9. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms or upon request by the subscribing property.10. Changes
