Fenuva PMS Privacy Policy

Fenuva PMS is a software product developed, owned, operated, and maintained by Mygraphics Online.
This Privacy Policy explains how Mygraphics Online collects, uses, stores, protects, and processes information when you use the Fenuva PMS web application, mobile application, APIs, websites, and related cloud services (collectively, the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how the Services are used, Fenuva PMS may collect and process:

- Phone number
- User account information (such as username, role, and User ID)
- Property, reservation, guest, housekeeping, folio, invoice, and operational data
- Photos and documents uploaded by users
- Limited device information necessary for authentication, security, maintaining user sessions, and ensuring application compatibility.
- Application usage information required to operate and improve the Services
The mobile application securely transmits business data to the Fenuva PMS cloud platform. Business records are stored within the property's Fenuva PMS environment. The mobile application stores only the information necessary for authentication, user sessions, and application functionality.
2. How Information Is Used
We use collected information to:
* Authenticate users
* Provide property management services
* Synchronize data between devices
* Improve application performance
* Provide customer support
* Maintain security and service reliability
3. Camera and Photo Library Access
The Fenuva PMS mobile application may request access to the device's Camera and Photo Library.Camera access is used solely to scan QR codes that securely connect the mobile application to a property's Fenuva PMS environment.
Photo Library access allows authorized users to upload guest photos, documents, and other images required for property management operations.
Fenuva PMS does not use these permissions for advertising, marketing, or user tracking.
4. Tracking
Fenuva PMS does not use personal information for cross-app or cross-website tracking, targeted advertising, advertising measurement, or sharing data with data brokers.
Information collected through the Services is used solely to provide, secure, and improve the Services.
5. Property Data
Reservation, guest, invoice, and operational records are stored on behalf of the subscribing property.
The subscribing property remains the owner and controller of its business data.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information.
Information may be shared only:
* With the subscribing property.
* With authorized service providers supporting the platform.
* When required by law.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Data is retained as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and support business operations.

Requests should be submitted through the subscribing property or by contacting us directly.

The application is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13 years of age.

Fenuva PMS may rely on trusted infrastructure and hosting providers to deliver the Services securely.
At the time of this Privacy Policy, the Fenuva PMS mobile application does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, crash reporting services, or tracking technologies.
If third-party services are introduced in future versions of the Services, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
